Real life actually happened.  My mom fell down a flight of stairs, and couldn't really do a lot of stuff on her own. Two weeks ago, when my mom was in another town about an hour away, she fell down a flight of concrete stairs outside the college she works at.  Luckily she only broke her pinky finger, but she's sprained and horribly bruised pretty much everywhere else.  For a while there she could barely feed herself, but she's doing a lot better now. And then the week before that I was making a half-move back to my hometown to stay for the summer (which is pretty much finished by now).  So, yeah.  I actually didn't think anything like this
